WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COST?
A: We charge a fixed shipping cost and the cost varies across different regions. Your shipping cost will be automatically calculated for you during check out
WHAT HAPPEN AFTER I PLACE AN ORDER?
A: order go through several stages:
1.Order is placed and confirmed (same day)
2.Parts will be prepared, orders processed to be assembled (5-10 days)
3.Quality control testings e.g. accuracy of the movement z+- second / per day, waterproofing if applicable (approximately 2-3 days)
4.Release to be shipped
HOW LONG IS THE PROCESSING TO SHIPMENT ?
A: 1.orders that have been released to be shipped will first need to be sent from our local warehouse to our international shipping partner , which will take a couple of days or two to reach them
2.once our international shipping partner gets the parcel they will then process and double check,repackaging it etc, this will take 2-3 days
3.once they finished processing , item will be shipped with a tracking ref, then we will forward it to our customers.
4.most of our customers receive the package within 7-10 business days.

A: We don’t work in February, so it is recommended that you place your order before the holiday period
