For 2021 Chinese New Year our mechanics are returning to their hometown for the holiday break. Our workshops are closed for the Chinese New Year, and will resume customization/production work in late Feb. Customers can still place orders, however, processing and delivery time frame will be longer than usual.
Due to skeleton staff and backlog order clearance, we have limit the number of customized orders to process per month to ensure quality of the products. If we haven’t get back to you in a promptly manner, please be patience and we will respond to you as soon as possible.

Our workshops are slowly resuming customization / Parts Assembling work. However, due to the corona virus situation all processing and delivery time frame are expected to be further extended.

The 2020 Chinese New Year is approaching and our mechanics are returning to their hometown for the holiday break. Our workshops are closed for the Chinese New Year, and will resume customization/production work in mid Feb. Customers can still place orders, however, processing and delivery time frame is expected to be extended.
Robert *ymbalsk* from Canada has been flagged by our inhouse system as high risk chargeback fraud customer. Due to claiming the watch is faulty after 6 months of usage but unwilling to return the watch for repair and inspection.Instead, asking for a different model and attempted charge back fraud. The customer has been blacklisted from future buying.
25 May, due to dealing with backlog orders there will be some delay in customization and shipment.

We stop accepting credit card as payment method for 1st time customers. 1st time customers who wish to pay via credit card will need to contact us to make special arrangement prior placing the order
We are unable to accommodate ‘Quick/Expedite orders’, if you are unable to accept the standard time frame please don’t place order from us.
